Our Building – has five levels, ground and floors one to four and 24 separate professional condominium offices. The building was renovated four years ago and is in the process of further enhancement as we recover from hurricane María. Of major importance are:

- All Building Coverage New Electrical Generator – Installed just under two years ago has proven to be a reliable source of energy during hurricane María where is worked 24/7 for over two months
